Add vegetables for .75 for each choice of tomato, onion, green peppers, mushrooms, jalapeno peppers, spinach, avocado spread, or salsa.
Add cheese for .75 for each choice of cheddar, American, swiss, provolone or pepper jack.
Choose one side of grits or hash browns or fried potatoes. 
Served with toast or a biscuit.
