Add cheese for .95 for each choice of cheddar, American, Swiss, provolone, pepper jack or feta.
Add vegetables for .85 for each choice of tomato, onion, mushrooms, green peppers, spinach, jalapeno peppers or salsa.
Add for $2.25 fresh avocado or guacamole spread.
Choose one side of grits or hash browns or fried potatoes. 
Served with toast or a biscuit.
